All orders are baked fresh the day after your order is placed, and dispatched the following working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24® – a next-day delivery service with full tracking and delivery notifications.

We do not dispatch on Fridays, weekends, or Bank Holidays to avoid your cookies sitting in postal depots over the weekend. This ensures your order arrives as fresh as possible.
