All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, eggs, dairy, and soy. We cannot guarantee that any item is free from traces of these allergens. It is your responsibility to check our allergen information or contact us before ordering if you have any dietary restrictions.

We offer delivery throughout mainland UK via Royal Mail Tracked 24®. While we aim for next-day delivery after dispatch, delays can occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or external factors beyond our control. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos if applicable.
